Voicemail Instructions

All voicemail messages are delivered instantly to your primary account email.  To change this email, please contact us.  All voicemail will be delivered from:

If you need to setup your voicemail for the first time, or if you just need to access your voicemail from a phone line, follow the instructions below.

First-time Access

  1. Dial: 310-285-1791

  2. Enter your DID (the last 4 digits of your GBC phone number)

  3. Enter the default password (1234), followed by #

  4. Enter a new password, followed by #

  5. Record your greeting

Logging In

  1. Dial: 310-285-1791

  2. Enter your DID (the last 4 digits of your GBC phone number)

  3. Enter your password, followed by #

Listening to Messages

  1. Once you have logged in, press 2 to access your messages

  • To skip the date/time of a message, press 0

    • To replay the date/time, press 23

  • To pause/resume a message, press 3

  • To rewind 5 seconds, press 5

    • To restart the message, press *5

  • To delete a message, press *3

  • To save a message, press 7

    • The system automatically deletes played messages after 24 hours unless specifically saved

  • To forward the message, press 1

  • To skip a message, press #

    • To go back to a previous message, press *2

  • To exit the system, press **9
